i got my eyes checked for the first time in 4 years today.
the doctor didn't expect any changes, but to his surprise there were.
each eye digressed by one perscription.
nothing too bad really.
so now i'm getting new glasses.
i'm going to try to go shopping for them tomorrow.
that is, if my boss lets me off (early at least).
it's my spring break, and it looks like i have to work every day.

My half-aunt and I have the same prescription and each year it gets worse the exact same amount. Are eyes also share the same measurements, so I always call her when I run out of contacts. It's bizarre. We also have the same problem driving at night. And she's only my half-aunt.
my first cousin and i have the same thing going on. not sure about the contact stuff though. neither of us wear them.
Why no contacts?
b/c i don't need glasses all of the time. just for long distance. that's near-sighted i think. i always get the terminology backwards. basically i need them for driving (at night mostly).
