for a few months i had to use my sister's phone because mine was a piece of shit. she got a phone call yesterday from some lady that claims that since last october she has been receiving all of the voice mails and text messages that appear on that phone. she could tell when we traded phones back, and apparently she wasn't happy with the type of language the "guy" used and she "no longer cared to know about what was going on in our private lives."

what's really strange and what makes this lady a liar is that her phone isn't even activated anymore so she no longer uses it. periodically she turns it on to catch up with what has been going on with us.

what a schmo.

yesterday my sister went to the small alltel store in lonoke to see if there was any way to fix my old phone. all it can be used for is text messaging and now the screen likes to switch off from time to time. it sucks really bad, but she has 2 different cell phones so she has been able to survive with it. while she was there she asked when my contract expired (my records show january of '08, when i called them about it then they told me that it wasn't due for an upgrade until march). the lady said that i could've gotten a phone in january and proceeded to try to sell me another phone. it worked.it comes in around tuesday of this week. a phone that works sounds great. let's give corporate america a big hand clap for how wonderful they are.

today's lunch:

1) blt (minus the t) with miracle whip on wheat with garlic and pepper

2) ramon noodles (spicy beef + hot and spicy)

Simple, light, easy. I wasn't hungry but i wanted peppered bacon, so i thought i'd be creative by putting it on wheat.

in other news,

got a new/used phone. it's actually my sister's old one. just keeping it until march when i get a new one. as of right now, i don't have any numbers in it, but that is to be fixed early on in the week.

i watched sicko after i ate, by the way. bring on canadia.
