i have mountain on my shirt

yesterday i climbed pinnacle mountain with erin and her little sister. we found a different trail than the one i am used to taking. it consisted of 1.5 miles of lunges. it was a workout but definitely worth it. when we got to the top we lied down for about an hour and a half. i did some meditating and really cleared my mind. there were hawks soaring near us too -- very cool. in the end though, we were burnt. except for her sister. she has this great olive skin tone that naturally repels sunlight while i sat up there cooking like an egg in a skillet.

bought death from above 1979's album you're a woman i'm a man, and lacy is about to bring me a cd a friend of ours made. it's really good -- very folky. great harmonica, everything.

i leave in 2 days for cloud city. bring on chuck p., iron man, and the effing record store.

and i think i'm going to be switching this blog to private very soon. at least for a short time.
