for a few months i had to use my sister's phone because mine was a piece of shit. she got a phone call yesterday from some lady that claims that since last october she has been receiving all of the voice mails and text messages that appear on that phone. she could tell when we traded phones back, and apparently she wasn't happy with the type of language the "guy" used and she "no longer cared to know about what was going on in our private lives."
what's really strange and what makes this lady a liar is that her phone isn't even activated anymore so she no longer uses it. periodically she turns it on to catch up with what has been going on with us.
what a schmo.

i wish mike, but that won't work. since i now have knowledge, in order for it to stop, i have to go through the phone company to make it stop. it's her phone. she has the right to use it. so technically i don't think it would fall under the invasion of privacy. if anything i would have a better chance of suing alltel.
