Isn't it funny how easy it is to feel on top of things?

What is even greater is realizing that you just fell back down.

Sunshine...you should never have posted this.
It makes me (insert negative emotion here).

Tomorrow night it looks like Brandon and I are going to see the Sister Hazel show. I hope it's good. I've almost gotten to the point that I don't even care who I go see -- I just want to go hear music.
Let me RE-emphasize: ALMOST.

I read a very interesting, very short story yesterday;
The Story of an Hour
by Kate Chopin.
It's about how a wife reacts to losing her husband in 1870-something.
Chopin is a big women's rights activist. This story touches on those principles and then flees from them (kind of).
Check it out. It may not be what you expect.

We're reading some Chopin stories in my class, but so far we've only read The Storm, which is kinda raunchy when you consider what an activist she was.

Chopin sucks.

I had to write papers on both those stories.
Then we had to give a presentation of our view of what the modernized version of it would be...
talk about embarrassing.

Sister Hazel... wow, thought they had up and dropped off the face of the earth!

Shaz: The Storm is in our book, but we aren't going to have to read it.

Mike: That's kind of dumb. I also thought that the way she coped with her situation was modern. The only they skipped was divorce, basically.

Sister Hazel surprised me too.

i'd rather see Adam Hambrick more than Sister Hazel, but that's just me.
