In the past couple of months (at least since school started) I haven't been to the movies, except for maybe one time. This past week I think I've been 4 times.
I saw Borat with a lot of old friends from high school before picking up another friend at the airport. Also, The Illusionist (twice) once with my family and once with Wes. It's now one of my favorite movies. It also stars Edward Norton (main guy in Fight Club). And finally, Jackass 2 with another big group of friends. I think I saw more dudes' ass cheecks than I would if I watched some soft-core gay porno in that movie. And then they drank horse cum and got their balls stuck to an ice sculpture . . . very . . . interesting? Is that the word? I'm really not sure.
Cool thing I bought today: Badly Drawn Boy's The Hour of Bewilderbeast.
Really bad news I found out today: The John Mayer concert in Fayetteville is for students only. As in you have to show a student pass to go. And I think they are already sold out anyway. That really pisses me off. But I did hear that Snow Patrol might be coming soon. Hopefully they will, and they'll play a lot off of their old record. Not that the new one isn't good, but the older one is much better.
I hope your long bus ride goes well, Erin.

so it really sucks that all of us couldn't go to the movies.
i couldn't have anyway, though, because i, too, had a second thanksgiving to go to.
oh well...maybe some other time.
"interesting"?! More along the lines of "disturbing but you still wanna see what happens".
Ben Folds was like that too, but you only needed school id to buy the ticket.
Bus sucked. Never again.
Yeah, you are probably right.
I had lunch with Nikki today. It was good to see her. She broke down.
And I don't blame you on the transportation situation.
that's new. i don't think you've ever told me i'm right before.
oh poor nikki. it's been a while. next time you see her tell her i said hi.
I liked The Illusionist also.
