and the dumbass of the day award goes to ...

In the grossly popualated city of Gillette, Wyoming our winner decided that he wanted to siphon a little gas from a firefighter's car. Good idea? Sure. I mean gas is getting awfully close to hitting $3 here in AR so I'm sure it's not any cheaper in Nowheresville.

His problem, though, was that he spilt some of that precious fuel on his god-forsaken jeans. Then to check to see how wet his pants were (with GAS), he lit a lighter and caught himself on fire.

Blah, blah, blah . . . the kid goes to the hospital and lies to them by claiming that "someone threw gas on me and lit me on fire."

Later when the Police came to the hospital to investigate they found out that no, no one threw gas on him. He's just an honor student at his local High School getting that great education that we are all entitled to, but hardly no one receives.

He got charged with larceny.
