Just a couple of weeks ago, Ben (hmm . . . how ironic . . . his name is Ben . . .) took part in his first Toy's for Tots toy run in Little Rock. In the pic shown, his awkward face is because he is nervous about speaking to the 3 men directly behind him. He wouldn't tell me what for . . . I could only guess.

Here he is rockin out some Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve with our friend Josh and me. Hey, at least his taste in music is starting to get better (thank god). The only problem here is that his favorite song is by Celine Dion. To make matters worse, it's the Titanic theme song. Y'know . . . My Heart Will Go On. He also REALLY likes the song called The Rose from the same soundtrack.

Now this is interesting . . . the atheist at church. And about to perform at that. Let's just say it was interesting. Singing can be a friend, just not to him.
